About ViewNPoint

A small corner for engineers who still like writing things down.

This site started with a simple itch. A few of us at FORBIX SEMICON — a Bangalore electronics team that's spent years on wireless nurse-call systems, panic alarms, long-range RF, and industrial automation — kept saying the same thing after late debugging sessions: “someone should write this up.”

So we did. ViewNPoint is that write-up space. Not a product catalogue. Not a press kit. Just notes on what we're curious about: design trade-offs, tools we hack together, and the odd essay that wanders into cities, education, or how tech lands in everyday life.

What you'll find here

Plenty of technical blogs lean either into sales copy or into lecture notes. We try to sit in the awkward middle — practical, a bit messy, written by people who still touch schematics and solder.

Who it's for

Engineers, students, hobbyists, and anyone who likes knowing how something works. We're not here to push a cart on you. If a FORBIX product shows up in a post, it's because it sits right next to the idea — not the other way around.

The team behind the posts

Circuit design, RF, embedded firmware, enclosures — different desks, same office. ViewNPoint is where those desks share what they're learning, testing, or occasionally losing sleep over.

Questions, corrections, or a better way to explain something? Say hello.
